PARIS, FRANCE, March 16, 2026 – We are excited to present three pieces of work at the ADPD 2026 International Conference on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases in Copenhagen, that reflect Qynpase’s capabilities and build on previous work presented last year at ADPD and at AAIC :
1. Prognostic modelling in Parkinson’s disease identified future motor decliners over 24 and 48 months (MDS-UPDRS Part III change >5) with high sensitivity showing significantly greater decline in predicted decliners versus predicted stable (p < 0.001).
2. Head-to-head MRI segmentation comparison for robustness and accuracy demonstrating QyScore®’s stronger performance versus FreeSurfer, FSL, and ANTs using consensus manual segmentations by three expert neuroradiologists as the gold-standard.
3. Fully automated Tau-PET quantification (Flortaucipir) providing end-to-end automated quantification without any manual inputs.
Together, these results reinforce the role of highly accurate AI-powered quantitative MRI and predictive technologies to enable more precise evaluation of neurodegenerative diseases.
